It is true that he is still a high school student, but his portfolio as a basketball player is already filled with achievements. In fact, he played with Sagesse Club, was one of the main players in the national team and was selected to play abroad. His talent has flown him way beyond the Lebanese borders and landed him in the country of opportunities, the USA. This is our student, Bryan Saleh, who has been accepted in Malvern, Pennsylvania as a student athlete.
During his vacation in Lebanon in December 2022, Bryan visited the school where he spent 12 years before he travelled. Accompanied by his mother, he greeted Sr Nawal Akiki, with whom he shared some highlights of his stay in the US, the setbacks he is facing as well as the bright moments he is experiencing.
After the warm welcome by the rector, Sr Nawal Akiki, Bryan surprised his classmates with an unexpected but emotional visit.
We, at SSCC Ain Najm, are proud of our alumni, whose talents are shining in Lebanon and abroad, and we wish Bryan the best in getting a Division 1 offer for college in the US!
