Welcome to our leadership session with delegates - Grades 6 and 7!
The goal of this session is to equip our delegates with the skills and knowledge necessary to become leaders, capable of inspiring and guiding others towards success.
During this session, our delegates explored various leadership styles, communication techniques, decision-making strategies, and team-building methods that can help them become a more effective leader with Mr. André Abi Awad, trainer in public speaking and leadership skills. They also discussed the importance of self-awareness and emotional intelligence in leadership, as well as the role of ethics and values in guiding their actions as leaders.
This session was interactive and engaging, and Mr. Abi Awad encouraged them to actively participate and share their thoughts and experiences with the group.
